This course is designed to educate and refresh the knowledge of Healing Touch students and practitioners regarding the
- Anatomy and physiology of the physical body, the
- Body’s relationship to the human energetic system/biofield, and the
- Corresponding use of appropriate Healing Touch interventions.
- Provide a basic overview of the physical body/organ systems and the relationship to the energy system and Healing Touch interventions.
- Offer a general understanding of how each individual system/organ functions in a healthy intact state and how the systems interact with each other.
- Connect potential disease or malfunction with imbalanced energetic states and associated energetic patterns.
- Correlate Healing Touch interventions to facilitate optimal health.
- This is not an in-depth anatomy and physiology course.
- Having a foundational understanding of Anatomy and Physiology (A & P) is useful to the practitioner.
- This course can be used for 20 HBB continuing education contact hours for CHTP or CHTI recertification
- We are investigating if this meets the Anatomy & Physiology requirements for initial Instructor Training.
- This course will be using the Google Classroom platform and is very easy to navigate.
